Improving conditions for leaseholders is one of William's local priorities. William has been working on behalf of residents on new-build estates in Offerton and Strines, as well as those living in some retirement apartment blocks. He is determined to see the end of rip-off fees, poor handover conditions and misleading sales pitches.
William was pleased to support his Labour colleague, Helen Goodman MP, as she introduced her Freehold Properties (Management Charges and Shared Facilities) Bill 2017-19.
