William Wragg MP visits a new retirement-living development in Romiley
On Friday 14th February, William Wragg MP visited the new Adlington Retirement Living development of 50 apartments situated next to the Peak Forest Canal, on School Brow in Romiley.
The MP received an exclusive tour of the new show apartments, Homeowners’ lounge, restaurant and hairdressing salon, which are now open to view daily between 10am and 5pm.
William Wragg said: “I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of The Folds today. It’s amazing to see the transformation from the building site I visited last year. The restaurant, lounge and gardens are really impressive and you can see the new development will have a real sense of community. The apartments themselves are wonderful and a lot of attention has gone into the design and accessibility. This retirement community will be a welcome addition to the local area.”
