William is keen to see a referendum of membership of EU.
A future Conservative Government will hold an in/out referendum on a new settlement with the EU – stay in the EU on these new terms; or come out.

The Conservatives are putting a Bill through Parliament which enables an in/out referendum to take place. This Bill is not supported by either Labour or the Liberal Democrats.
